Product Introduction
The three-dimensional scanning structural deformation measurement radar is an innovative engineering inspection and monitoring equipment based on advanced technologies such as high-resolution radar three-dimensional imaging and microwave phase interference measurement.It has strong penetration ability, high environmental adaptability, is unaffected by harsh environments such as smoke and dust, is compact and portable, easy to install and use, and has low power consumption.

(1)It uses millimeter-wave continuous wave radar technology, allowing it to operate in all weather conditions and times, unaffected by smoke, dust, or flames at construction and rescue sites, and unrestricted by lighting conditions, demonstrating strong environmental adaptability;
(2)It employs high-resolution three-dimensional radar imaging methods that enable fine imaging of a 360°×90° hemispherical space, allowing for three-dimensional reconstruction of detected scenes, with a mapping accuracy better than 5 centimeters (radial);
(3)It utilizes microwave phase interference measurement methods, achieving deformation measurement accuracy of up to 0.1 millimeters, with deformation fields directly superimposable on the three-dimensional scene models acquired by the device;
(4)It features adaptive atmospheric disturbance estimation and compensation algorithms, with a calibration error of no more than 1.5 millimeters (RMS) over 24 hours;
(5)It has configurable data update and upload rates, allowing for flexible selection between response time, radar power consumption, and transmission rate;
(6)It can adapt to external camera monitoring equipment for imaging or video evidence collection and monitoring of hazardous areas, achieving integrated radar and visual monitoring;
(7)The entire device's protective capability reaches IP66, with an operating temperature range of -25 to 55°C (expandable to -40 to 65°C), suitable for long-term unattended operations in the field.
