Bridge Health Monitoring Radar

One-dimensional deformation measurement radar is a new technological method based on high-resolution radar remote sensing imaging and phase interference measurement technology. It measures the minute deformation of targets such as bridges, cables, iron towers, high-voltage power lines, and high-rise buildings in real-time, dynamically, and non-contactly through long-distance transmission and reception of electromagnetic waves. It offers high measurement accuracy, fast data update rates, the ability to measure multiple cables/single full-width cables simultaneously, easy and quick installation and deployment, low overall usage costs, and it can be widely applied in monitoring applications such as static deflection, dynamic deflection, and cable force.

    Product Introduction

    One-dimensional deformation radar is a product based on high-resolution radar remote sensing imaging and phase interferometry measurement technology, using electromagnetic waves as the medium to conduct real-time, dynamic, and non-contact measurements of small deformation variables in targets such as bridges, high-rise buildings, towers, and tunnels.
    The radar system consists of a deformation radar host, a display control terminal, a support component, and a power supply component. The display control terminal connects to the deformation radar host via a wireless network, and one display control terminal controls one deformation radar host to achieve one-dimensional deformation measurement of the target.

    1.Accuracy better than 0.1mm, data update rate reaches millisecond level, with extremely high measurement sensitivity; 
    2.Can measure multiple points or spans of a bridge at one time, achieving higher measurement efficiency and better data correlation; 
    3.Usually does not require targets to be deployed on the measured body, making it quick and convenient to use, with short installation and deployment time, and low usage cost;  
    4.The display interface of the control terminal is simple and beautiful, easy to operate, with complete functions, capable of directly obtaining real-time displacement data and automatically saving data files for subsequent analysis.
    5.Good environmental adaptability, not affected by harsh weather such as rain, snow, fog, and day-night light conditions, can work 24/7; 
    6.Detection range is far (≥500m), the accuracy of deflection and frequency measurement is basically independent of distance; 
    7.Adopts edge computing architecture, all calculations can be completed within the device, and automatic remote transmission; 
    8.Small size (A4 format), light weight (750g), low power consumption (6W), good protection performance (IP66), suitable for long-term monitoring applications in the field;
