China Suppliers Factory: Advanced One-Dimensional Deformation Measurement Radar for Real-Time Bridge Monitoring
One-dimensional deformation radar is a product based on high-resolution radar remote sensing imaging and phase interferometry measurement technology, using electromagnetic waves as the medium to conduct real-time, dynamic, and non-contact measurements of small deformation variables in targets such as bridges, high-rise buildings, towers, and tunnels.
The radar system consists of a deformation radar host, a display control terminal, a support component, and a power supply component. The display control terminal connects to the deformation radar host via a wireless network, and one display control terminal controls one deformation radar host to achieve one-dimensional deformation measurement of the target.
- 🎯 Accuracy better than 0.1mm, data update rate reaches millisecond level, with extremely high measurement sensitivity.
- 🌉 Can measure multiple points or spans of a bridge at one time, achieving higher measurement efficiency and better data correlation.
- ⚡ Usually does not require targets to be deployed on the measured body, making it quick and convenient to use, with short installation and deployment time, and low usage cost.
- 🖥️ The display interface of the control terminal is simple and beautiful, easy to operate, with complete functions, capable of directly obtaining real-time displacement data and automatically saving data files.
- 🌦️ Good environmental adaptability, not affected by harsh weather such as rain, snow, fog, and day-night light conditions — can work 24/7.
- 📡 Detection range is far (≥500m), the accuracy of deflection and frequency measurement is basically independent of distance.

QWhat is a one-dimensional deformation radar and how does it work?A one-dimensional deformation radar is a non-contact measurement device based on high-resolution radar remote sensing imaging and phase interferometry technology. It uses electromagnetic waves to detect and measure small deformation variables in structures such as bridges, high-rise buildings, towers, and tunnels in real time without physical contact.
-
QWhat is the measurement accuracy of the deformation radar? The deformation radar achieves a measurement accuracy of better than 0.1mm for deformation and ≤0.01Hz for fundamental frequency measurement. The data update rate reaches ≥200Hz, enabling millisecond-level sensitivity for highly precise structural monitoring.
-
QHow far can the deformation radar measure, and does distance affect accuracy? The device has a maximum measurement distance of ≥500 meters. One of its key advantages is that the accuracy of deflection and frequency measurement remains essentially independent of distance, maintaining high precision across the full measurement range.
-
QCan the radar operate in harsh weather conditions?Yes. The deformation radar features excellent environmental adaptability and can operate continuously 24/7. It is unaffected by adverse weather conditions including rain, snow, fog, and varying day-night lighting, making it ideal for long-term, uninterrupted field monitoring.
-
QDoes installation require attaching sensors or targets to the structure being monitored? In most cases, no. The radar system typically does not require physical targets or sensors to be installed on the measured structure. This makes deployment fast, cost-effective, and minimally invasive, significantly reducing installation time and overall usage cost.
-
QWhat types of structures is this radar suitable for monitoring? The one-dimensional deformation radar is suitable for monitoring a wide range of civil structures including bridges, high-rise buildings, towers, and tunnels. It has already been successfully deployed in more than 150 bridge projects for long-term health monitoring and structural inspection.
