China Suppliers Factory: One-Dimensional Deformation Measurement Radar for Bridge Health Monitoring
Product Introduction
One-dimensional deformation radar is a product based on high-resolution radar remote sensing imaging and phase interferometry measurement technology, using electromagnetic waves as the medium to conduct real-time, dynamic, and non-contact measurements of small deformation variables in targets such as bridges, high-rise buildings, towers, and tunnels.
The radar system consists of a deformation radar host, a display control terminal, a support component, and a power supply component. The display control terminal connects to the deformation radar host via a wireless network, and one display control terminal controls one deformation radar host to achieve one-dimensional deformation measurement of the target.
Features
- 1 Accuracy better than 0.1mm, data update rate reaches millisecond level, with extremely high measurement sensitivity.
- 2 Can measure multiple points or spans of a bridge at one time, achieving higher measurement efficiency and better data correlation.
- 3 Usually does not require targets to be deployed on the measured body, making it quick and convenient to use, with short installation and deployment time, and low usage cost.
- 4 The display interface of the control terminal is simple and beautiful, easy to operate, with complete functions, capable of directly obtaining real-time displacement data and automatically saving data files for subsequent analysis.
- 5 Good environmental adaptability, not affected by harsh weather such as rain, snow, fog, and day-night light conditions, can work 24/7.
- 6 Detection range is far (≥500m), the accuracy of deflection and frequency measurement is basically independent of distance.
- 7 Adopts edge computing architecture, all calculations can be completed within the device, and automatic remote transmission.
- 8 Small size (A4 format), light weight (750g), low power consumption (6W), good protection performance (IP66), suitable for long-term monitoring applications in the field.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q
What types of structures can the one-dimensional deformation radar monitor?
The one-dimensional deformation radar is designed to monitor a wide range of structures, including bridges, high-rise buildings, towers, and tunnels. It uses electromagnetic waves to perform real-time, non-contact deformation measurements on any target within its detection range.
Q
What is the maximum measurement distance and accuracy of the radar system?
The radar system supports a maximum measurement distance of ≥500m, with a deformation measurement accuracy of ≤0.1mm and a fundamental frequency measurement accuracy of ≤0.01Hz. Importantly, the accuracy of deflection and frequency measurement remains consistent regardless of distance.
Q
Does the radar require physical sensors or targets to be installed on the monitored structure?
In most cases, no physical targets or sensors need to be deployed on the measured structure. This non-contact measurement approach significantly reduces installation time, simplifies deployment, and lowers overall usage cost compared to traditional monitoring methods.
Q
Can the radar system operate in harsh weather conditions or at night?
Yes. The one-dimensional deformation radar features excellent environmental adaptability. It is not affected by rain, snow, fog, or changes in light conditions between day and night, enabling reliable 24/7 continuous monitoring in all weather conditions.
Q
How many monitoring points can the radar system measure simultaneously?
The system can simultaneously monitor ≥30 points or cable spans, with a deformation data update rate of ≥200Hz. This allows comprehensive, real-time monitoring of multiple locations on a single structure in a single deployment, improving both efficiency and data correlation.
Q
Is the radar system suitable for long-term field deployment?
Absolutely. The radar system is compact (A4 format size), lightweight (≤1kg), and features low power consumption (≤5W) with an IP66 protection rating. Its edge computing architecture allows all data processing to be completed within the device with automatic remote data transmission, making it ideal for long-term unattended field monitoring applications.
